 Without a doubt, focus is called for here.  It feels as though this company has gotten off track and before they fuel their travels with marketing rocket fuel, they really need to re-adjust their trajectory.  This is the time for some introspection and narrowing of focus.

Depending upon the size of the consultancy, I believe personal branding is more important than business branding, especially as most consultancies are between 1- and five-person operations. And because I believe so strongly in the idea that we buy people not things or even ideas, personal branding is the best path to success.</description>
